Our Principle

Our firm was founded in 1983 on the foundations of mutual respect, support of local organizations, and social awareness and responsibility. We continue to keep this principle as our main focus of the firm today.

Marilyn Wood

Managing Partner

Marilyn Wood has been in the financial planning industry since 1988 and has been a registered principal and securities registered representative for more than 16 years. She holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 24, 65, 51, and 53 securities registrations, as well as a New Mexico insurance license. Since 2003, she has been dedicated to growing the practice while also functioning as the managing partner and registered principal for Winslow Wood & Associates. Marilyn enjoys the process of financial planning and estate planning with her clients; she feels that complex planning helps her build mutual trust and long-lasting relationships. She has been working on transitioning her business to a primarily fee-based advisory practice since 2007. She takes great pride in the fact that her practice continues to grow solely from client referrals.

Jack Wood

Business Manager

Jack launched and operated a number of local businesses in Albuquerque before coming to work with us as a business consultant in 2003. Jack is currently our practice manager overseeing the business's operations and personnel. He is the business development and technology force behind our practice. Jack stays current on industry growth by attending conferences throughout the year.

Sherri Harris

Registered Planning Assistant

Sherri attended the UNM Anderson School of Management and graduated in 2007 with BBA and a concentration in finance. Sherri joined our firm after graduating and has been an asset to our practice since her arrival. Sherri holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations and will continue to keep up on industry standards. Sherri enjoys the challenges of the finance industry and wishes to continue learning and growing.

Enjoli Mendoza

Practice Manager

Enjoli worked in the financial industry after studying at the University of New Mexico and at Central New Mexico Community College with a focus in pharmacy before joining the Winslow Wood & Associates team in 2008. Enjoli holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 securities registrations and is working on gathering additional certifications and licenses to further her education. Enjoli has a passion for helping our clients attain their financial needs and goals.

Leah Tiemann

Operations

Leah attended college in England and worked in the human recourses field both in the U.K. and in Seattle, Washington, before moving to Albuquerque. Leah has been with Winslow Wood & Associates since 2008. As our client relationship manager, Leah takes great pride in looking after our clients as well as implementing marketing strategies and recruitment needs.

Gloria Price

Administrative Assistant

Gloria was educated in Bavaria, Germany, before moving to the United States. Gloria joined Winslow Wood & Associates in 2001. Gloria performs various administrative duties for the company and takes great pride in being the first point of contact with our clients over the phone.
